This looks really good and a great change from my normal garlic and salt recipe.
Here’s the recipe - http://zestycook.com/braised-pork-chops-in-sweet-apple-mustard/

Trying out new cold lunch recipes for my mom who is sick of eating lukewarm microwaved lunches.

Mommy demands the best and we're going on a culinary journey traversing across cultures looking for good healthy food that feeds not only the body but the soul.

We're going to try to keep all the recipes cold unless it's THAT amazing because wasting time waiting to microwave your subpar lunch is demoralizing.

We want the food to be made ahead of time so you won't be scrambling in the morning making some crazy fancy tuna tartar.

If we're going to have a fat or unhealthy component it's going to be the REAL STUFF. None of that low fat, non fat crap. Real food is meant to taste UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS. There's a reason why you can't eat 20 strips of bacon everyday. These foods are meant to be rich and artery clogging but also to be eaten in moderation.
