Broccoli Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Potato

Scrub your Russett Potatoes to get off the dirt. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Pierce your potatoes with a fork several times on each side so they don’t explode in the oven. Wrap these potatoes in aluminum foil and bake them for an hour.

Make a slice down the potato and push it open from the ends. WATCH OUT FOR THE STEAM! Scoop out the potato flesh, mash it and add a teaspoon of butter, broccoli. Put this mash back into the potato skin shell and top with shredded cheddar/American cheese and crumble with bacon bits.
