Cornbread Croutons
Cornbread Croutons Got stale cornbread just sitting there ready to be thrown out? WAIT! DON’T DO IT! Just melt 3 tablespoons of butter and toss them in some old cubed cornbread. Put that into a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes and viola! Cornbread Croutons.

Stuffed Baked Potato

Dukbokki
So my Korean suitemate wanted to make dukbokki. These spicy Korean rice cakes are often sold in the street night markets of Korea. The funny thing was that she didn’t know how to and I did (and I’m not Korean) haha sucker.
